A package may be considered delivered once the carrier tracking system confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Flux Apparel is not responsible for stolen packages, unattended packages, or packages lost after confirmed delivery, unless required by applicable law.

Refunds for returned packages, if applicable, may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, handling charges, and other non-refundable costs.
